Our material is a durable, expanding polymer foam that our team can use to accurately lift concrete slabs to within an 8th of an inch of the desired location. The process takes less than a day to install, cures within minutes, and allows vehicles to drive over the surface again with 15-20 minutes. Our crew also filled some of the larger cracks outside the garage area with NexusPro, a silicone based, exterior rated caulking sealant. Every void beneath this driveway was filled in order to permanently stabilize the concrete, and the concrete outside the garage doors was lifted to solve the problem of the cars dropping too much. Our production team arrived on site to install the TripleSafe in the basement. The team started by chipping out a section of concrete to install the sump pump flush with the concrete floor. When the team removed the section of concrete from the basement floor they noticed the dirt beneath the concrete was already wet. When they were digging down to install the sump pump basin, the hole they were digging kept filling up with water. The team used a small sump pump that they carry in their truck to pump out some of the water so they could place the TripleSafe into the hole. The team installed the sump and plumbed it outside so that they could run the pump while they finish installing it After the team placed the sump pump into the hole and plumbed the drainage line to the exterior of the home the team they poured concrete around the base of the pump to lock it in place and make sure it is flush with the floor.

Lucas S. of Malden, MA was concerned with the old brick piers supporting the porch on his 1890 Victorian home. Over time, the piers were crumbling and becoming unstable, causing the porch to shift and become unsafe. Lucas reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free estimate and inspection to determine the best course of action to address all the issues and produce a permanent fix. 

To fully stabilize the porch, it was proposed to replace the support piers around the perimeter of the porch with EZ post helical piers. Additionally, the center support beams beneath the porch would also need to be strengthened with supplemental steel beams, as well as with 4 SmartJacks. Lucas agreed with and approved of the proposed solution, and the job was scheduled. 

Crew lead Spencer Ladd and his team completed the installation of the piers and SmartJacks with no issues. The EZ posts were drilled down to depths of 7 feet, and securely fastened to new pressure treated posts along the perimeter of the porch. The old, brick columns were removed and replaced with SmartJacks, which along with the new steel, supplemental beams will fully support the floor and joists of the porch. 

Lucas was glad to have peace of mind that his problem was solved and his home was repaired by the right company.
