Milford, NH Local Concrete Leveling Expert

Sunken and cracked concrete around your home is not only an eyesore, but is also a safety hazard. As time goes by, if the problem isn’t corrected, it will only get worse. However, you have no reason to fret when you have the professionals at Erickson Foundation Solutions doing the work. Our experts use PolyLevel, a strong, and durable foam material to lift your concrete slabs back into place. We drill small holes into the slab where the foam is injected and expands, raising the concrete into place. Many other contractors will use a technique called mudjacking, but our method doesn’t disturb the area, takes less drying time, and is more affordable.

After repairing your concrete, consider a durable concrete sealant that extends the life of your slabs by 3 to 5 times overall in just one quick application. Our SealantPro concrete sealant bonds with concrete on a molecular level to protect slabs against oil, gasoline, water, debris, and more. Whether you have new slabs or existing slabs, SealantPro will work for you! Now, we even offer ResurfacePro™ Concrete Resurfacing for your concrete repair needs. ResurfacePro™ is a system made of polymer cement that is durable and will restore the function of your concrete and add aesthetic value to your home.

Radon Gas Mitigation Systems

Radon gas is colorless, odorless, and as cancer-causing as tobacco and asbestos. Radon gas is produced from the decaying of rocks and soil and comes up from the ground into your crawlspace and basements. The way our radon mitigation systems works in a pipe collects the gases that are coming from the soil. The gas is then piped upwards where a depressurization vent forces the radon out from your home. Our radon mitigation system is completely compatible with the current waterproofing system in your home. Get in contact with us now to learn how to protect your loved ones from the harmful effects of radon gas.

Job Stories From Milford, NH
Front Entrance Crack, Milford, NH

Tom S. Director of Operations at the New Hampshire Dome in Milford, New Hampshire was experiencing some cracking above their entryway. Tom called EFS to see if they could come out and look at the entryway. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the Dome and inspected the cracking above the entryway. 5 total cracks needed to be repaired: 4 shorter ones above the doors, and 1 long crack extending from top to bottom. The building is under positive pressure, and so water is pulled in through the cracks. Paul recommended using Crack Seal to repair all of the cracks.

Crew Lead Chris Hanulec came to the dome and repaired all 5 cracks. All the cracks were sealed successfully.

Crack Seal in Unfinished Basement, Milford, NH

Bertha B. of Milford, New Hampshire, had two cracks in her unfinished basement that she was concerned about. She called EFS to see if they could come to look at them. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and examined the cracks and found that they are minor cracks that aren't letting in any water. John proposed that we still seal the cracks, just in case they do start allowing water to come through.

Crew Lead Chris Hanulec and his team came to the home and were able to seal the cracks within a couple of hours.

Bertha was happy with the results of the project.

Settling Garage, Milford, NH

John K. of Milford, New Hampshire, was experiencing some cracking in his garage that he wanted to get checked out. John called EFS to see if they could come out and look at his property. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and inspected the garage and discovered that the garage itself was settling. John P. proposed to homeowner John a Geolock and Push Pier system. These two systems in tandem will secure the garage in place for the foreseeable future.

Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team came to the home and installed the Push Piers then the Geolocks. The Push Piers will add support for beneath while the Geolock will add support from within the garage floor.

Homeowner John was happy with the results of the project. With this job now being done, he can maintain the value of his home better and possibly sell the home in the future.
