Handles inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat support, to schedule annual maintenance visits, book service appointments, and follow up on customer needs.
Consistently calls on our ECC customers to convert leads to appointments.
Coordinates closely with service technicians to keep schedules fully booked and running at capacity while providing support in the field as needed.
Keeps customer records and files current and updated, as well as sends customers information about the company and/or services performed.
Takes ownership of customer escalations, ensures timely communication, and does what is necessary to timely resolve the issue.
Meets or exceeds service administrative goals.
Service Representative Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred and/or 1+ years of experience in customer service.
Bilingual Preferred
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Skill in operating a personal computer and programs and the ability to perform accurate data entry.
Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on computer screen 75-100% of time.
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
