The concrete patio in the back of our condo had slumped toward the building. Erickson did a very professional job of creating an estimate, (which we found to be reasonable) scheduling the work and showing up on-time and with the right resources. They did a terrific job from beginning to end. They cleanly drilled a few small holes in the slab, carefully injected their foam material, repaired a pre-existing crack, pressure washed, and sealed the slab. Chris and Travis were stars. We are now calling their work our "Brazilian Patio Lift".

Only affordable solution for our problem! Sales staff knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Office staff were on point, understood installation! Someone ALWAYS answered the phone. Installers were professional and on time, everything was cleaned up. John was the best!

Matt Erickson immediately saw what was causing cracks in one of our walls, was able to show us the problem and what Erickson could do to solve it. The work was done quickly and no further cracking has occurred. The team was pleasant and professional. We have done tons of remodeling over the years and this company is one we would recommend and use again in the future if the need arose.  

John Prince came to our home and explained what needed to be done with the crack in our foundation. We liked that he was knowledgeable. Johnny the repair technician did a beautiful job on our foundation. He answered all of the questions we had and did a good job cleaning up. We just wanted to pass our praise on about the crew that came out to install our radon mitigation system this morning. They were professional, very friendly and personable, and adapted to changes in the design of the system without hesitation. Branden and his crew produced a neat and clean-looking end-product.  On a more personal level, when talking to Branden, he expressed how appreciative he was for EFS and what a great employer they are. As somebody who formerly worked as a technician for a small company, I always like to know that I am supporting a business that values the retention and happiness of their employees. All-too-often companies in today's environment face constant turnover because they are too focused on the bottom line instead of taking care of those upon whose backs that revenue is earned. Our experience would not have turned out the way it did with an inexperienced or unhappy crew Again, I just wanted to thank Branden and the 2 fellows who were with him and I sincerely hope you continue to take good care of them. I hired Erickson to help with a foundation leak, they came in and assessed what I needed and completed the job with expert precision. The team was detailed and the final job was exactly what I wanted to see. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future needs!

I had an exposed foundation wall that had cracked and was falling out. The crew from Erickson installed their Geo-lock system to secure the wall, fill the voids under the garage floor and fill in all the cracks. Two different crews were there over a 3 day period. They were all very professional, communicative and knowledgeable. There were a couple of glitches during the process and the crew was able to work through them without compromising quality or adding cost. The whole team was dedicated to getting the job done right.
