The concrete patio in the back of our condo had slumped toward the building. Erickson did a very professional job of creating an estimate, (which we found to be reasonable) scheduling the work and showing up on-time and with the right resources. They did a terrific job from beginning to end. They cleanly drilled a few small holes in the slab, carefully injected their foam material, repaired a pre-existing crack, pressure washed, and sealed the slab. Chris and Travis were stars. We are now calling their work our "Brazilian Patio Lift".

I had an exposed foundation wall that had cracked and was falling out. The crew from Erickson installed their Geo-lock system to secure the wall, fill the voids under the garage floor and fill in all the cracks. Two different crews were there over a 3 day period. They were all very professional, communicative and knowledgeable. There were a couple of glitches during the process and the crew was able to work through them without compromising quality or adding cost. The whole team was dedicated to getting the job done right. I would highly recommend Erickson to anyone with a complicated foundation issue.

I wanted the PolyLevel product and this company had good reviews on the web. The crew did a great job on an old slab with uncertain conditions. They took great care to both lift the slab and not damage the surrounding stone foundation. Great attention to detail.

Johnny the repair technician did a beautiful job on our foundation. He answered all of the questions we had and did a good job cleaning up. They were professional, very friendly and personable, and adapted to changes in the design of the system without hesitation. As somebody who formerly worked as a technician for a small company, I always like to know that I am supporting a business that values the retention and happiness of their employees. All-too-often companies in today's environment face constant turnover because they are too focused on the bottom line instead of taking care of those upon whose backs that revenue is earned. Our experience would not have turned out the way it did with an inexperienced or unhappy crew Again, I just wanted to thank Branden and the 2 fellows who were with him and I sincerely hope you continue to take good care of them. I'd want them representing my company just the same.

Erickson Foundation Supportworks had outstanding customer service, were very professional and super friendly. John in sales had great follow through and was accommodating to particular needs. Chris and the crew did great work! Very informative and made great use of their time, going over and above in their work. They left the work area cleaner than it was to begin with.

In a desperate situation to mitigate radon quickly or possibly lose buyers, and after 2 other companies had either done a poor job or abandoned the situation. Everyone at Erickson made this happen on time! From Jen S in the office to Branden, Milton, and Cory who showed up and did 4 days of work in 2. They took the time to explain things to me and to the potential buyer and provided the confidence and skill to get this done thoroughly, safely, and effectively. Test revealed levels right where they needed to be. I could not be more pleased or relieved.

The job for me that they are doing is complex and time consuming. I met the workers, Nick Carelli, Dave Elliot, Jake and Josh Tyler and am so pleased with their experience and professionalism. They worked tirelessly and hard to complete my job. They checked with me often to see how pleased I was with their work. The leader of the project, Nate Erickson, had to change up some of the products on the original contract, and that demonstrated to me that he has the expertise I am paying for. He was on site a lot of the time. To sum up my satisfaction I can also say that Nate went above and beyond to make sure I got a completely thorough outcome for my complex job, and they cleaned up after the work.  There is one more phase which will be done in two weeks, and I am confident that I will be pleased with Erickson now that I know their work product.
