Responsibilities of our Foreman:
Participate in daily morning meetings with the Production Manager to review project schedules, priorities, and job requirements.
Lead daily crew huddles to ensure the team is prepared and all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are loaded and ready before departing for the job site.
Communicate with customers while traveling to appointments to confirm arrival times and provide project updates.
Complete installations with exceptional craftsmanship while meeting project deadlines and company quality standards.
Identify opportunities to improve job quality, efficiency, productivity, and workplace safety.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, leaving each customer's property in excellent condition.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience through professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail.
Safely unload, clean, organize, and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment at the end of each workday.
Take ownership of company assets by properly caring for and maintaining all products, vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Represent the company with integrity by consistently demonstrating its mission, vision, and core values in every interaction and on every job site.
Requirements of our Foreman:
High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in the construction trades OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
Bilingual preferred.
Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
Ability to operate a phone/apps/tablet.
Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a screen up to 75% of the time.
Able to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects.
Can stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time.
Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
A valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.
Ability to understand English
