Let's face it, working with a home improvement contractor is not always easy. From phone calls back and forth, to missed appointments and inexperienced professionals, we've all had our fair share of poor customer service. And one thing we can all agree on, is that poor service doesn't feel good.
What does feel good is working with a contractor that takes the time to understand your goals, communicates well, and provides permanent solutions. At Erickson Foundation Solutions, our goal is to redefine what it means for homeowners to work with a contractor. This past year, we've strived to deliver on that promise with each and every customer. But don't take our word for it, let's take a look at what our customers have said in 2021;
In order to deliver on our initiative of redefining for homeowners in our community, we also strive to create an enjoyable workplace for our team. More than that, we love building our team with people who share in our vision and purpose to be a better contractor, to do more for our customers and continue to raise the bar. Here's a quick look at some of our company events from this past year, both training and team bonding;
And lastly, throughout 2021 Erickson Foundation Solutions was honored to be able to give back to the New Hampshire community through a number of outreach programs. From donating items and materials to local schools and parks, to contributing to wonderful programs like United Way and the New Hampshire Food Bank.
This past year was full of purpose for our growing team, and we're looking forward to continuing our mission of redefining for our customers and each other going into 2022.
