WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage
The team needed to demolish the lower section of drywall prior to the WaterGuard installation. After its removal, they chipped away the concrete to create room for the system. WaterGuard was then surrounded by crushed stone to facilitate correct water flow towards the sump basin and subsequently cemented into position.
FlexiSpan Crack Repair
FlexiSpan consists of a three-step process to seal cracks. The crew started by applying a flexible sealant along the entire length of the crack. Then, they installed a strip of flexible, porous foam over it. Lastly, they secured an impermeable membrane to the wall on both sides of the foam strip. Should future water seep through the crack, it is directly routed to the WaterGuard drainage system.
TrenchDrain Rerouting Water Around Fireplace
WaterGuard cannot be installed in certain areas, including near a fireplace. In such cases, surface drainage is employed to redirect water away from the fireplace. TrenchDrain is then connected to WaterGuard, forming a unified pathway for water to the sump pump.
TrenchDrain Distributing Water Around Utilities
The TrenchDrain system was also installed to divert water away from immovable utilities.
TrenchDrain Utilized at Garage Entrance
The TrenchDrain system was employed once more to gather water at the entrance of the garage.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installation
The TripleSafe sump pump system consists of a trio of pumps: a primary, a secondary, and a battery-powered backup. In homes with high water tables, a dependable and robust sump pump is crucial. The TripleSafe is designed to manage a substantial influx of water consistently, even in the event of a power failure.
