TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain system was strategically installed at the bulkhead entrance to intercept water at its point of intrusion. The captured water is efficiently channeled directly to the sump pump system for removal.
UltraSump Sump Pump
The UltraSump Sump Pump is a highly reliable system, featuring a battery-operated backup pump to ensure continuous water removal from the home, even during power outages. As water accumulates within the sealed liner, the pumps are activated to efficiently discharge the water through a designated line.
IceGuard
As the discharge line exits the home, IceGuard is installed to ensure continuous water flow even if the discharge line freezes due to cold temperatures. This serves as a failsafe, further safeguarding the basement from leaks and floods. Additionally, a bubbler pot is installed at the end of the discharge line to facilitate better drainage into the soil, preventing a soggy lawn and surface puddling. The discharge line is then buried to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the lawn.
