We replaced the failing support posts with SmartJacks-engineered, adjustable steel columns designed to restore structural stability. These posts can be precisely calibrated to ensure proper support for floor joists, eliminating sagging or bouncy floors and reinstating the integrity of the structure.
WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage
WaterGuard was installed along the interior perimeter of the foundation to intercept groundwater before it reaches the basement. The collected water is channeled through the WaterGuard system to the sump basin, where it is efficiently pumped out of the home.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump system incorporates three levels of protection-a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup-to ensure continuous water removal under all conditions, even during high water influx or power outages.
Discharge Line
Water is discharged from the home through a dedicated line positioned to maintain a downward slope away from the foundation. This strategic placement ensures proper drainage and prevents water from pooling near the exterior walls, reducing the risk of re-entry.
Foundation Floor Pour

SaniDry XP Dehumidifier
