Finished Basement Water Damage
Water intrusion into the basement resulted in damage to the finished flooring and lower sections of the drywall. Remediation efforts required the removal of the affected drywall and flooring materials to prevent further deterioration and facilitate proper drying and restoration.
WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage
A WaterGuard drainage system was installed along the interior perimeter of the foundation to proactively intercept and manage groundwater before it enters the basement environment. Collected water is channeled directly into the sump basin, ensuring efficient removal and minimizing the risk of moisture-related damage.
TrenchDrain Surface Drainage
To manage surface water at the basement entry point, our TrenchDrain system was installed. This linear surface drainage solution integrates seamlessly with the WaterGuard system, creating a unified pathway that directs collected water efficiently to the sump basin for discharge.
Drainage System Connected to Sump Pump
The WaterGuard system is designed to integrate with the majority of sump basins, allowing for seamless water management. Once water is directed into the sump basin, it is actively pumped out of the home, helping to maintain a dry and protected basement environment.
