Garage Floor Crack
Cracking observed in the garage slab is typically indicative of underlying soil voids or loss of subgrade support. These voids compromise the slab's load-bearing capacity, leading to stress fractures. If left unaddressed, progressive deterioration can occur, resulting in differential settlement and further structural instability.
Garage Floor Stabilization
PolyLevel®, a high-density polyurethane foam, was injected through precision-drilled, pea-sized ports in the garage slab. Upon injection, the material expands and cures beneath the concrete, effectively filling voids and reestablishing subgrade support. This process not only stabilizes the slab but also enables controlled lifting and leveling where required.
Garage Floor Crack Sealing
NexusPro®, a silicone-based joint and crack sealant, was applied to effectively seal existing fractures in the concrete. This advanced formulation creates a flexible, watertight barrier that prevents moisture infiltration, mitigating subgrade erosion and reducing the risk of progressive cracking and slab displacement.
