Uneven Concrete Steps
Prior to repair, soil washout had created subsurface voids beneath the concrete slabs, leading to settlement and the development of hazardous trip points. The misaligned steps presented a safety risk and required precise lifting, realignment, and stabilization to restore proper function and structural support.
Concrete Lifting
Slab jacks were employed to precisely lift and reposition the concrete slabs to their correct elevation. Following the controlled lift, PolyLevel®-a high-density polyurethane foam-was strategically injected beneath the slabs to fill underlying voids, providing long-term stabilization and ensuring the concrete remains securely in place.
Concrete Sealing
SealantPro® was applied to the concrete surface to establish a durable, penetrating protective barrier. This advanced sealant helps resist moisture intrusion and chemical exposure, mitigating surface degradation and significantly extending the service life of the concrete.
