Our installation crew arrived on the installation date and performed a quick walkthrough with Rudy to go over goals and objectives for the project. The crew then got started on the project by using a demo saw to separate the driveway concrete slabs in order to use the slab jacks. The slab jacks were then used to achieve the desired lift. Once the lift was achieved, PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, was injected underneath the concrete to fill voids that had slowly formed over the past couple years. This process stabilizes, lifts, and levels the concrete. The same exact process was then completed to repair the walkway. After PolyLevel was installed to the areas of need, NexusPro was applied to the concrete joints and cracks. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant than prevents future settling and cracking.
