CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
Our crew cleared all debris from the crawl space and commenced the encapsulation process by installing drainage matting. This matting forms a barrier between the earth and the crawl space, effectively preventing water accumulation and promoting efficient drainage back into the soil. Subsequently, CleanSpace was installed over the matting. This vapor barrier prevents moisture infiltration into the crawl space, thereby fostering a healthier and safer environment.
Crawl Space Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona was installed to reduce humidity levels in the crawl space. This high-performance dehumidifier enhances air quality within the crawl space, subsequently improving the overall air quality throughout the home. Moisture collected by the SaniDry Sedona is autonomously expelled from the home via a condensate pump, ensuring an efficient and hands-free drainage process.
