SmartJacks
SmartJacks were installed to stabilize and restore the load-bearing capacity of the floor system above the crawl space. These engineered, adjustable steel supports are precisely tensioned to deliver superior structural reinforcement compared to conventional methods.
WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System
WaterGuard was installed along the interior perimeter of the foundation to intercept and channel intruding water before it could enter the crawl space. Collected water is efficiently directed to the sump pump for controlled removal, ensuring a dry and stable environment.
Drainage System Connected to Sump Pump
The StarPipe system was implemented to create a seamless connection between the WaterGuard perimeter drainage and the sump pump. This subsurface conduit efficiently channels collected water beneath the crawl space floor for controlled discharge.
Preventing Frozen Discharge Lines
Water is discharged from the crawl space through a dedicated outlet line. At the exterior termination point, an IceGuard® system is installed as a fail-safe to prevent backup in the event of freezing or obstruction-an essential safeguard during severe winter conditions.
LawnScape
A LawnScape® outlet was installed at the termination point of the discharge line to facilitate efficient surface drainage. The discharge line was strategically positioned on a grade sloping away from the foundation to prevent water from re-entering the structure. Following installation, the line was fully buried to maintain functionality and preserve the property's aesthetics.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting was installed across the exposed crawl space floor to create a capillary break and prevent water accumulation beneath the concrete slab. This system directs moisture toward designated drainage channels, ensuring efficient water management and a stable foundation environment.
Concrete Slab Pour
A concrete slab was poured and precisely leveled to create a durable, uniform surface. This installation not only improved the crawl space's aesthetics but also anchored and secured all integrated foundation systems, enhancing overall structural stability.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Here is the completed installation of our integrated waterproofing and foundation reinforcement systems, permanently anchored to the foundation. The TripleSafe® sump pump features a three-pump configuration, including a battery-powered backup, ensuring continuous water removal-even during power outages-for maximum protection and reliability.
