They had a home inspection look at the home before the sale was final and they noticed that the lally columns in the garage were rusting at the top and those lallys support a main beam that supports two floors above the garage. They call EFS for a free inspection on their lally columns. Our Design Specialist recommended replacing the lally columns with SmartJacks to support the main beam.
