This new homeowner recently inherited the family home that she grew up in. When she purchased the home from her dad, he told her that the floors are sagging on the main level. She likes to entertain people so she sometimes has many people in her home. To make sure that the home can withstand the added weight, she decided she wanted someone to come to look at the home. She researched companies that repaired sagging floors and decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team installed 4 SmartJacks under one of the main beams in the basement. The team was able to reduce the sag in the floor and add the extra support that the homeowner needs to entertain her friends and family.
