A section of this home in Nashua, NH was built over a finished crawlspace. There was poured concrete on all sides, but only 5' of headroom, and so the space was not used as a full basement and had limited access. One of the walls was leaning in 2 to 3 inches, and needed to be stabilized before the problem got worse. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed 4 PowerBrace steel I-beams to stabilize the wall.
