View of a crack on one side of the foundation, which is mirrored on the other side of the building. This is one of the signs of settlement on this building. There were also cracks in the foundation slab, and cracks throughout the drywall on the interior of both condo units sharing the foundation.
View during the excavation process. The right side of the building's foundation had been exposed, the crew working their way around the rear of the building.
View of the Push Piers on the day of the lift. The condo building was raised 3/4 of an inch in the front, and 2 3/4 inches in the rear.

Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed 30+ Push Piers to lift and stabilize this condo building in Hudson, NH. Shepherds Hill condominiums were built in the early 2000's, and this unit had been facing settling issues for 12 years or so. With windows sticking and cracks forming in the drywall, the owners of these adjoined condo's decided to make a permanent fix.
