Foundation Cracks
These prominent foundation cracks indicated settlement within the home. Additional signs of settlement include windows that are difficult to open and doors that do not close properly. If left unaddressed, this issue can escalate into more severe structural problems.
Push Pier Excavation
The soil in the area designated for push pier installation was excavated to expose the home's footing.
Push Piers
The crew prepared to drive push piers into the soil.
Push Piers Installed to Footing
Brackets were affixed to the foundation footing, through which the push piers were inserted and hydraulically driven into the ground until they reached load-bearing soil. This process stabilizes the home, preventing further settlement.
Push Piers Lifting Home
Once all push piers reached load-bearing soil, they were simultaneously pressurized. The exerted force gradually lifts the home until it is restored to its original position.
Push Pier Backfill
After the work was completed, the crew backfilled the work area. We make it our mission to leave the work site as neat as possible. The homeowner's pup approved!
