Foundation Problems - SmartJack's to Support Floor Joists

SmartJack's are the ideal system for supporting sagging floors in basements and crawlspaces. In this video, the production team at Erickson Foundation Solutions is installing two SmartJacks along with a supplemental, steel beam, in North Andover, MA. 

SmartJack's can be used to replace existing lally columns or temporary posts that are failing, or they can be installed next to existing columns to provide additional support.
