This home in Windham, NH is right on the waters edge of Cobbetts Pond. The boathouse was built in the 1940's, and was in danger of collapsing due to the concrete foundation walls shifting, settling, cracking, and leaning. The foundation was stabilized with GeoLocks and Helical Piers.
