In this photo, you can see that this beam is being held up by only loose blocks.
This beam is now supported by concrete blocks that are built up to the beam.
The Smart Jacks are supporting and lifting up on this beam.
In this picture, you can see that the Smart Jacks are supporting the whole length of the beam.
This homeowner in Seabrook, New Hampshire was experiencing their house starting to settle in two different directions. Design Specialist John Prince came out to the home to look at how the home is settling. John proposed to the homeowners that Smart Jacks in their crawl space would level and support them from moving any further. Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team came to the home and installed the Smart Jacks onto the support beams to stop the home from settling anymore.
