Foundation Settlement
The water entering through this block foundation wall initially suggests a need for waterproofing. However, upon closer inspection, notice the crack on the foundation floor. Our System Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection and identified several similar issues, indicating a more serious problem: foundation damage. Settlement was compromising the home's integrity, leading to severe basement leaks.

Wall Stabilization Preparation
Our crew began the project by removing concrete from the garage to create space for our GeoLock Wall Anchor system. Once the concrete was removed, they excavated a section of soil to ensure a secure installation into durable ground.

GeoLock Anchors
Steel rods were inserted through the basement foundation wall into the soil beneath the garage floor. The GeoLock anchors were then attached to these rods.

GeoLock Steel Plates
The GeoLock plates are then installed on the basement foundation wall and the system is tightened, stabilizing the wall and preventing further leaning and bowing.

GeoLock Backfill and Concrete Finish
The removed soil is then backfilled, followed by a layer of crushed stone. Concrete is then leveled to grade. Once the concrete dries, the installation is hardly noticeable.

Interior Push Piers
To start the installation process of Push Piers and raise the sunken home, the concrete was removed from the basement foundation floor.

Push Pier Drilling
These Push Piers are then drilled into durable soil and attached to the footing of the home.

Interior Push Pier in Place
This is how the Push Piers look once they are driven into durable soil.

Exterior Push Pier Excavation
To install Push Piers on the exterior of the home, the crew first removes the soil to access the home's footing.

Exterior Push Pier Drilling
Similar to the inside of the home, push piers are drilled deep into the ground once durable soil is found.

Push Pier Pressurization
The Push Piers are simultaneously pressurized to raise the sunken home.

Completed Push Pier Installation
After a successful Push Pier installation, the home is now lifted and stabilized permanently.

Foundation Crack Repair
The crew used NexusPro to seal foundation cracks, further strengthening the foundation.

Push Pier Backfill
Our crews take pride in maintaining a clean work area. As a finishing touch, we backfilled the excavated area where the Push Piers were installed.
