Exterior Foundation Wall Crack
The exterior foundation wall crack indicated a significant foundation failure, suggesting settlement issues. Additionally, the foundation walls exhibited outward bowing. To address these concerns, a comprehensive solution was necessary to prevent further sinking and ensure the foundation walls remained securely attached to the overall structure.

Soil Excavation
Excavation of soil in the designated work area was undertaken to facilitate access to the home's footing, enabling the installation of push piers.

Securing Work Area
Wooden boards were strategically positioned and reinforced with planks to prevent the excavated soil from encroaching back into the workspace. This precaution was necessary due to the limited yard access for storing the removed soil.

Push Pier Brackets Installed to Footing
Push pier brackets were affixed to the foundation's footing, facilitating the secure installation of piers through these brackets to provide robust support for the foundation.

Push Pier Installation
Push piers are driven into the ground until they reach stable, load-bearing soil. Once each pier is securely anchored in this durable soil, they are simultaneously pressurized. This pressurization exerts force into the ground, effectively elevating the sunken home back to its original position.

GeoLock Anchors
Concrete and soil were excavated to reach the stable, load-bearing soil beneath the home's foundation. Steel rods were then inserted through the exterior foundation wall into this excavated area. GeoLock anchors were subsequently attached to these rods, establishing a secure system to stabilize the wall and prevent further outward bowing.

GeoLock Plates
GeoLock plates were affixed to the rods and subsequently tightened. By pressurizing the GeoLock system, the wall is effectively stabilized and straightened, thereby restoring its structural integrity.

GeoLock Backfill
Once the GeoLock anchors are securely installed, the previously excavated soil is backfilled to restore the area.

GeoLock Concrete Fill
A layer of crushed stone is placed over the soil, followed by the pouring and leveling of concrete, effectively restoring the concrete floor.

Foundation Repair Backfill
Following the installation of our push pier and GeoLock Wall Anchor foundation repair systems, the excavated soil on the exterior of the home is backfilled. Our team takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace, ensuring durable solutions complemented by exceptional customer service.
