Failing Fieldstone Foundation Wall
As observed on the right side of the photo, the fieldstone foundation wall is significantly bowing inward. This severe structural failure necessitated an immediate and robust solution to stabilize the foundation effectively.

PowerBraces
The crew began the project by installing PowerBraces to the fieldstone foundation wall. These PowerBraces are anchored to the joists and secured into the foundation floor, providing essential support to the bowing wall.

Concrete Footing
A concrete footing was poured to establish a solid base for the construction of the StableLock wall. The PowerBraces were then cemented into this footing, ensuring robust support for the foundation.

StableLock Rebar
Rebar was interwoven through the PowerBraces to enhance their structural integrity during the concrete pour. This additional reinforcement significantly strengthens the wall.

StableLock Forms
The forms were meticulously engineered to precisely shape the concrete wall.

StableLock Completed Installation
After the forms were constructed, concrete was poured into them. During the pouring process, a vibrating tool was used to eliminate any forming air pockets. The concrete was then sculpted and leveled. Once it had cured, the forms were removed, revealing the StableLock wall. This robust solution has permanently stabilized the previously failing foundation wall.
