Failing Foundation Wall
The block foundation wall exhibited significant structural failure, characterized by pronounced inward bowing and the presence of horizontal and stairstep cracks. The previously installed I-beams, implemented by another contractor, proved inadequate in stabilizing the wall. Consequently, a more comprehensive and robust solution was necessary to ensure the basement's structural integrity.

GeoLock Excavation
A section distant from the home's foundation was excavated to create the necessary space for the installation of the GeoLock Wall Anchor system.

GeoLock Rod Cored Through Foundation Wall
Galvanized steel rods were cored through the foundation wall to the area that was excavated.

GeoLock Rods
A total of seven GeoLocks were installed to stabilize the entire foundation wall.

GeoLock Anchors
Upon the rods' entry into the excavated area, the GeoLock Anchors were affixed to them and subsequently secured to stable soil.

GeoLock Plates
GeoLock plates were subsequently installed on the interior side of the foundation wall and tightened. This process not only stabilized the foundation wall but also corrected the 5-inch bowing that the wall had been experiencing.

GeoLock Aesthetic Covers
GeoLock Aesthetic Covers were subsequently placed over the GeoLock plates, enhancing the visual appeal of the basement's interior.

GeoLock Backfill
Following the successful installation of our GeoLock Wall Anchor system, the excavated area was backfilled. Our crew takes great pride in meticulously ensuring the work area is left as clean as possible.
