Exterior Foundation Wall Crack
The exterior foundation wall crack indicated potential structural integrity issues. Coupled with foundation floor cracks, the homeowner's concerns about the stability of their garage were well-founded.

GeoLock Excavation
The crew initiated the project by excavating concrete and soil at the designated locations for the GeoLock anchors. The T-shaped excavation ensures that the anchors can be accurately installed from various foundation walls.

GeoLock Rods
Following the excavation, galvanized steel rods were inserted through the foundation wall and extended into the trenched area.

GeoLock Anchors
Upon insertion into the excavated area, the GeoLock anchors were affixed to the steel rods. These anchors are designed to secure firmly into stable soil.

GeoLock Plates
"GeoLock plates were subsequently secured to the rods on the exterior of the foundation and torqued. Tightening the system stabilizes the foundation wall by pulling it inward, thereby preventing further bowing and even straightening the wall.

Foundation Crack Repair
A crack sealant was applied to the foundation wall crack to enhance the structural support of the foundation wall.

GeoLock Backfill
Following the successful installation of the GeoLock system, the excavated soil was backfilled to restore the area.

Concrete Finish
Concrete was then poured over the crushed stone and leveled, effectively restoring the foundation floor of the garage. Our crew subsequently conducted a thorough cleanup of the workspace.
