My 120 year old home needed structural repair. I wanted permanent solutions for a bowing foundation wall, sagging / failed joists and band-aid "fixes' made over the years. After talking with 6-7 different contractors, I found Erickson. After a single visit from Brian, I had a high-level solution design and confidence in their ability to execute. The crew (Matt, Justin, Justin, Nick, Nate) was top notch. Over the course of 2 weeks, they installed 15 Smart Jacks w/ supplemental steel beams, lifted floors in a few areas and poured a concrete auxiliary wall. On time, on budget and great quality. The transparency and communication from the crew was very much appreciated. I learned quite a bit from the guys who were happy to talk me through their plans and any needed adjustments. Structural work can be stressful, and I'm hoping I don't need to deal with it again. However, if I do, I'm calling Erickson!
