We drilled through the foundation floor to establish an extraction point in the basement, enabling the removal of radon gas from the soil beneath the home's foundation.
PVC Pipe Fit to Extraction Point
PVC piping was installed at the extraction point to safely facilitate the removal of radon gas from beneath the home.
Radon Fan
As the PVC pipe extends to the exterior of the home, the radon fan is installed. This fan actively extracts radon from beneath the foundation and expels it above the roofline, ensuring it does not re-enter the home through any potential entry points.
Radon Manometer
The radon manometer monitors the efficiency of the radon mitigation system, offering a visual indication that the home is effectively protected from radon gas.
