This homeowner in Somerset, MA was not proud of their front concrete walkway, and decided to seek out solutions to permanently fix it. After connecting with our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions, our specialist Isaac Hernandez proposed two products to fix the concrete; PolyLevel and NexusPro.
First, PolyLevel was injected in various section beneath the concrete slabs to lift and stabilize the concrete. By injecting the material into the voids that had formed under the walkway, the homeowner would no longer have to worry about the voids causing more cracks or leading to other sections settling over the years.
After the concrete was stabilized, NexusPro was installed to seal all the joints and cracks that had formed. This silicone-based caulking is specifically designed for outdoor use and will not lose it's integrity or elasticity due to temperature or direct sunlight.
