It was determined that soil erosion beneath the concrete slabs had caused this significant sloping, worsening over time. To address the problem, our production team deployed two superior products: PolyLevel® and NexusPro®. The process began with our foreman Nick Melo and installers precisely drilling pea-sized holes into the affected slabs. Through these openings, we injected the PolyLevel® foam. As the foam spread and cured, it expanded and gently lifted the concrete back to its original position, effectively stabilizing the deck. This technique ensured a strong and leveled foundation without the disruption associated with replacing the slabs. After leveling the slabs, we applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant. This advanced sealant was used to fill the joints and cracks, preventing water from penetrating and eroding the soil beneath the deck in the future.
