The home built in 1945 has a basement and a crawlspace below the main level of their home. The homeowner felt the cold air coming from the crawlspace. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace and a SaniDry Sedona into the Crawlspace to encapsulate it and control the humidity.
The team fully encapsulated the dirt crawlspace with CleanSpace to prevent any unwanted drafts and moisture from seeping in. After the CleanSpace was installed the team then installed a SaniDry Sedona in between the crawlspace and the basement.

Our Design Specialist Jason inspected the basement and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system around the basement to collect any water that enters.
