This homeowner in West Warwick, RI was concerned with the cracks and sunken concrete around their inground pool. Our team installed PolyLevel to lift the sunken concrete sections, which also stabilized and protected the slab from future settlement. NexusPro silicone caulking was then used to seal all the cracks and joints to ensure unwanted water wasn't flowing beneath the slab or eroding away soil beneath the concrete.
This home in Westford, MA had high radon levels in their home. Erickson Foundation Supportworks went in and installed a mitigation system to greatly reduce the radon levels in their home.
