A homeowner in Sandown, New Hampshire, had purchased their late 1800s home about a year ago and had seen water enter the basement during this past winter. The homeowners planned on using the basement as storage but didn't trust it since they had seen the water down there. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist looked at the basement and recommended installing A full perimeter drainage system and a SmartJack into the basement to prevent water from entering the basement and to stabilize the floor system of the old home.
