In Warren, RI, a homeowner faced a common issue: sinking concrete near their garage apron, as seen in the before photo. This can lead to water pooling and further damages. We resolved this issue using our advanced PolyLevel® system to stabilize and lift the sinking slab. They plan to sell the home soon and decided to fix the sloping on the floor. So they called Erickson Foundation Supportworks for help. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home to inspect the sloping floors. He suggested the floors be repaired by using SmartJacks. The homeowner confirmed that they would like to fix the issue before selling the home. Soon after Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team arrived at the home to install the SmartJacks into the basement to permanently repair the slope in the floor.

This homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts was about to begin renovations of their home. Before they began, they needed the floors to be level. They called Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. 

A Design Specialist came to the home and inspected the basement to see what they could do to level the floors for the renovation. The Design Specialist proposed installing SmartJacks under the main support beams to strengthen the floors for the renovations.
