This homeowner in New London, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 18 years. A couple of weeks ago they noticed water and an odor in the finished portion of their basement. They decided to rip up the floors and found some mold and called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our specialist looked at the space and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system and dehumidifier to keep water and excess moisture out of the basement. 

Our installation team installed 40 feet of WaterGuard, a TripleSafe, IceGuard, 30-foot exterior drainage, and a SaniDry Sedona to keep the basement dry and the moisture down low enough where mold can't grow.

This homeowner in Hancock, New Hampshire had an issue where water was entering the garage and storage room in their forever home. The homeowners are worried if they wait to fix this issue that the problem will get worse and more expensive. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

This homeowner in Gardner, MA was concerned with the concrete step outside their front door. Over the years it had settled and was sloping to one side. as the concrete continued to sink, the step through the front door was becoming too high. Rather than replace the entire concrete step, which was still in good condition, the homeowner was seeking a repair to simply level it out. 

Our team proposed jacking the step up and stabilizing it with PolyLevel. This PolyLevel injection process was cost effective for the homeowner, and provided them with a permanent solution. They were able to use the step again within minutes, and the entire concrete slab was leveled and safe once again.

A homeowner in Gardner, Massachusetts, has a concrete set of stairs at the front of their home that were settling. The homeowners can feel and see the slope in the stairs and want to find a solution before someone gets hurt. The homeowners called EFS and our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a new set of stairs after a full inspection of the old staircase.
