Since building the house he has been keeping a watchful eye on the radon levels for the past 12 years. Now after all that time he wants a radon system installed to mitigate the radon in his basement. Design Specialist Jason Vachon came to the home and administered a radon test. The radon test came back at 5.2 pCi/L which is above the recommended amount. Jason proposed a radon mitigation system for the home.
