Erickson Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Canton, Massachusetts had a pool deck with sinking concrete. This caused the pool deck to become uneven, creating tripping hazards. The homeowner didn't realize that this was an issue that could be fixed until learning about our PolyLevel product. Eager to have this quick and permanent solution installed, she reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.

Our Design Specialist, Jim Meglio, recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift and level the aggregate concrete while also preventing cracks and settling in the future. Our installation crew injected the polyurethane foam underneath the slabs, which filled voids that had expanded over the years. With the voids filled, the concrete is instantly lifted, and our installation crew then levels the concrete. With the concrete adjusted, the plastic joint sealant strips had to be removed. We then installed NexusPro seal the joints.

The pool area is now a safe space with the concrete repair completed.

This home in North Andover, MA had a large crack in the foundation. The homewoners were concerned, so Erickson Foundation Supportworks sealed it with a polyurethane injection, a foam material that quickly expands within the crack and effectively seals it up. A homeowner of 35 years in North Andover, Massachusetts had two radon tests done in their home by Erickson Foundation Supportworks. One test for each basement in their home. The tests came back with a pCi/l reading of 12 and 48 which are high. The homeowner would like to get these numbers below 4.0pCi/l which is the recommended amount. 

John Prince the Design Specialist for Erickson Foundation Supportworks was able to design two systems for this home. Scott Crandall was the crew lead on this job and he and his team installed the two radon systems into this homeowner's home. The before and after photos show one of the radon systems that were installed. This one, in particular, was on the side of the house. 

After both of the systems were installed the homeowner was very please that the pCi/l was under 4.0. 

This homeowner in North Reading, Massachusetts got a test done for radon. The test came back with levels of 9.5 pCi/l, which is above the recommended amount. the recommended amount is below 4.0pCi/l. After seeing the radon test results they knew they needed a radon mitigation system in their basement. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Supportworks and set-up an appointment. 

John Prince was the Design Specialist from Erickson Foundation Supportworks that assisted the homeowner on this project. John went to visit the homeowners and observed their home situation. He confirmed that they should get a radon mitigation system in their home. John then designed a radon system specifically for their home. Then Scott Crandall, the Crew lead, and his team turned the design into the homeowner's new radon system.
