They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace beneath their kitchen. They were concerned with the floor system in the crawlspace and potential moisture seeping into the home from that area. We inspected the crawlspace and recommended installing SmartJacks, CleanSpace, and a SaniDry Sedona into the crawlspace to stabilize the floor system below the kitchen and prevent moisture from collecting inside the crawlspace.
