This homeowner in Newburyport, MA is a valued member of our Erickson Care Club. On an annual basis, our service technician will visit their home and clean out their sump pump basin and ensure the system is functioning properly. If all the brown mud and muck (visible in the before picture) is not removed, eventually the system will clog or back-up. It's important to inspect the system once a year to avoid unwanted flooding.
