A homeowner in Franklin, New Hampshire, had high relative humidity in their basement and was tired of lugging buckets of water up the stairs to empty them. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a SaniDry Sedona into the basement to reduce the relative humidity and have the system drain into a pump so the homeowner doesn't have to lug buckets of water up the stairs.
In Franklin, NH, a homeowner faced structural issues due to failing Lally columns and wooden support posts, all caused by persistent crawl space moisture. As you can see in the before photo, the compromised supports jeopardized the home's integrity. Erickson Foundation Solutions installed the SmartJack system to rectify this issue. Equipped with galvanized steel columns and heavy-duty threaded rods, the system stabilized and lifted the sagging floors, restoring them towards their original elevation. The after photo showcases our successful solution, demonstrating the restored safety and durability of this home.
A homeowner in Townsend, Massachusetts set up an appointment for Erickson Foundation Supportworks to come and administer a home radon test. The test results came back at 5.0 pCi/l which is above the recommended threshold for radon in a home. A comfortable level is 4.0pCi/l or lower.
Jason Furrey was the Design Specialist for this project and after he saw the radon test come back as 5.0pCi/l he designed a Radon Mitigation System for this homeowner. After the System was designed by Jason, Scott Crandall took the designs and led his team to install the system into the home. After the radon system is installed the crew made sure that the manometer was working and that the radon levels are below 4.0pCi/l.

In Boylston, MA, a local country club faced an issue with their walkways and patios due to sunken concrete slabs, posing a risk to guests, particularly those attending weddings in high heels. Using the PolyLevel® system, we efficiently lifted and stabilized the uneven concrete, as can be seen in the before and after photos. To ensure long-lasting results and prevent future problems, we applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant. This reduces the risk of further sinking by sealing cracks and joints, protecting against water infiltration. The transformation delivers enhanced safety and improved aesthetics for all visitors.
