A homeowner in Contoocook, New Hampshire, a homeowner had been living in their home for 10 years. When they moved in they noticed cracks in their garage. They planned to repair the garage slab to then remodel the garage but other contractors said the concrete couldn't be fixed, it had to be replaced. The homeowners finally called EFS and we recommended using PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift, level, and seal the slab.
This homeowner in Hopkinton, NH had been dealing with water in their basement for years. Water was constantly leaking in through their concrete, cinderblock foundation wall.
Our team proposed and installed a complete waterproofing system to help them keep their basement permanently dry. The WaterGuard and trench drain system will collect all water entering through the walls and direct it towards the TripleSafe sump installed at the low point of the basement. The sump system also includes a battery back-up for extra security against any power outages.

To the homeowner's surprise, the foundation issues were worse than what the previous homeowners eluded to. The back foundation wall was close to failure and needed to be replaced. Our design specialist recommended installing an Auxiliary wall with frost mitigation and a masonry block wall to replace the failed wall.
