In Contoocook, NH, a homeowner encountered a serious structural issue when a section of their fieldstone foundation wall collapsed, exposing the crawl space due to long-term deterioration and inadequate support. Erickson Foundation Solutions performed a comprehensive foundation wall repair, beginning with the installation of a new poured concrete footing and the use of temporary jacking to safely stabilize the structure. Our team then constructed a durable masonry foundation wall to restore structural integrity and prevent further failure. To enhance both stability and accessibility, a bulkhead was added along with a secure, weather-tight bulkhead door, providing long-term protection against water intrusion and future foundation damage.
