Alexander C. of Hollis, New Hampshire was experiencing water entering his basement through two cracks in his foundation. After a big rainstorm, he reached out to EFS to see if they could come out and seal the cracks. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and inspected the cracks that were in question. He proposed that they seal the cracks using Crack Seal and then use a crack monitor on the bigger crack. The Crack Monitor will allow the homeowner to see if the crack is getting worse or remaining the same.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his crew came to the home and sealed both the wall cracks and installed a Crack Monitor on the crack near the stairs. Both cracks were sealed successfully and won't allow water to enter anymore.
Alexander was happy that water won't be leaking into his basement anymore.
