A homeowner in Northfield, New Hampshire, had high radon levels in their home. The levels were 31 pCi/L before EFS installed a radon mitigation system into their basement. 

The radon system had two extraction points to collect as much radon as possible.

They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing SmartJacks into their crawlspace to eliminate the sag in their floors. 

Our team installed a total of 15 SmartJacks to three different beams in the crawlspace to eliminate the sagging of the floors.

We looked at the home and recommended installing 4 Geolock Channel Anchors on the bowing foundation so we could straighten and stabilize the wall. 

This home in Bedford, NH was dealing with water seeping into the basement. With nothing in place to remove the water, the basement was becoming damp and uncomfortable. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed a sump pump and drainage system to capture and remove all the water.
