From day 1 Erickson provided clear and consistent communication. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and ensured my understanding of the process. Everyone I encountered (scheduling, sales, foreman, crew) was extremely helpful and friendly. Even when the project started to go a bit sideways and we weren’t sure it was doable, everyone made the extra effort to come up with a hybrid plan that would still address the issue. While expensive, I strongly feel that I got what I paid for with both a forever product and excellent customer service.
