Our process began when our Customer Care Specialist scheduled a home inspection. Following this, our System Design Specialist Josh Bartholomew visited the property to perform a complete assessment. After evaluating the situation, it became clear that stabilizing and leveling the patio was essential. We proposed using our innovative PolyLevel® system to lift and level the concrete effectively. The PolyLevel® system utilizes high-strength polyurethane foam injected through pea-sized holes in the concrete slabs. This foam expands as it cures, lifting the concrete back to its intended level without causing disruption or mess. To further protect the area from water damage, we applied NexusPro® Joint Sealant. This product sealed all visible cracks and joints, preventing water seepage that could cause erosion or compromise the foundation beneath the slabs.
