A WaterGuard® drainage system was installed along the interior perimeter of the basement to intercept groundwater infiltration and direct it to a designated discharge point, helping to maintain a dry and usable basement environment.

WaterGuard® was connected directly to the sump pump basin, creating a comprehensive water management system that captures groundwater infiltration and mechanically discharges it away from the foundation.
UltraSump Sump Pump
The UltraSump® Sump Pump System consists of a primary pumping unit and battery-powered backup system designed to provide continuous water removal, even during power outages. Together, these components work to reliably discharge water away from the foundation and maintain a dry basement environment.
ElitePlank Flooring
ElitePlank® flooring was installed to refinish the basement floor, providing a durable and attractive finished surface. Constructed from inorganic, moisture-resistant materials, the flooring is highly resistant to mold growth, water damage, and deterioration commonly associated with below-grade environments.
