Old Basement Window
The old basement window was too small to operate as an emergency exit, and also didn't let in much natural sunlight.
Egress Window and Well Installation
Our production crew installed a new egress window and a well. This allows natural sunlight into the finished basement space, and provides an emergency exit.

The Rockwell well duct includes a cover, keeping out debris and pests while also keeping the area safe for children.
