WaterGuard
Concrete was removed along the basement perimeter to facilitate the installation of the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard intercepts water from the surrounding wet soils before it can infiltrate the basement space. The captured water is then directed to the sump pump. The system is embedded in crushed stone to ensure proper water flow to the sump pump.
WaterGuard Concreted
Following the flood testing of the WaterGuard system, it is securely cemented in place. The concrete is then leveled to grade, effectively restoring the foundation floor to its original condition.
TrenchDrain
Our TrenchDrain surface drainage system was employed in areas where the WaterGuard system was inaccessible, such as the basement doorway entrance. This system effectively captures surface water on the foundation floor and integrates seamlessly with the WaterGuard system, creating a unified pathway for water to flow to the sump pump system.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe Sump Pump effectively manages basement water removal with its three-pump system, comprising a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. These pumps activate sequentially to handle varying levels of water ingress, ensuring reliable and continuous protection against basement flooding.
